Héctor Rusthenford Guerrero Flores, known by the alias 'Niño Guerrero', turned the Aragua Train into a transnational crime company with tentacles throughout Latin America. He escaped twice from the Tocorón prison, which he turned into the luxurious and anarchic bastion of the criminal gang. On Friday, June 12, he was declared dead by the US and Venezuelan governments in a joint operation in southern Bolívar.
