Baykar Chairman of the Board of Directors, Selçuk Bayraktar, made a statement at the "Türkiye Artificial Intelligence Summit" at Tersane Istanbul. Bayraktar said, "We must make our own, open-source hardware and software. We must realize it independently. We must stipulate the open-source software model. Monopolization of data means single-handed control of their minds. We should never allow this. We must not give our data to global powers, it must remain within our own borders. It will save us from this system of exploitation."
