Payment of children's rights of pensioners after the death of their parents; Legal ambiguity and differences in interpretation

Tehran- IRNA- The situation of payment of child rights after the death of retirees and social security pensioners faces ambiguity; While the social security law provides for an independent system called survivor's pension to support the survivors, it does not have a clear ruling on the continuation or termination of the right of children after death, and this legislative gap, along with different implementation procedures, has led to the formation of different perceptions about the fate of this benefit after the death of pensioners.
