Emphasizing the role of sports in enriching leisure time and reducing social harms, the Director General of Social and Cultural Affairs Office of South Khorasan Governorate said: Equipping and setting up 16 rural sports houses in the province is done in line with the neighborhood-oriented approach of the 14th government and with the aim of strengthening social participation and developing social vitality.
