Intellectual property in seeds: the Government advances, but in private companies differences persist

This week a new protocol for seed control began, eliminated obstacles linked to the patentability of biotechnological events and opened a negotiation table with rural and seed entities. They seek to promote a new Seed Law and advance Argentina's accession to UPOV 91.
