A year and a half after the fall of Bashar al-Assad, speech is gradually becoming freer in Syria. In Damascus, the National Museum is currently hosting an exhibition by Syrian cartoonist Saad Hajo, known for his satirical drawings targeting the former president and his family. The opening took place on Thursday June 11. An event that would have been unimaginable under the Assad regime. But behind the visitors' laughter, the fear has not completely disappeared.
