Bihar Explainer: How much compensation does the government give on death due to lightning or other such disasters, how is it given and to whom?

Every year thousands of people lose their lives due to disaster in Bihar. More than 55 people have died in the last 52 days due to storm, lightning and rain. Not only this, more than 30 people have lost their lives in major road accidents.
