The driver runs over the man and keeps the car over the victim, making back and forth movements to try to leave the scene. The group tries to prevent the escape by hitting the vehicle, but is unable to do so. The driver flees without providing assistance. "The Traffic Police, together with the Crimes against Persons Police, have already taken note of the case to determine whether it was a traffic accident or an attempted murder.
