The Iranian Mehr News Agency said that the draft memorandum of understanding between Tehran and Washington sets a 60-day deadline for negotiating Tehran’s nuclear file. The agency reported that the memorandum gives "60 days for negotiations with the aim of reaching an agreement on nuclear issues and the complete lifting of primary and secondary US sanctions."
