Wehbe: Mediation is a pillar of modern justice

The Ministry of Justice, in partnership with the National Committee for Business Climate and with the support of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), organized today in Casablanca an international symposium on the topic: “National and International Mediation: Cross-Perspectives on Institutional and Sectoral Dynamics,” with the participation of government officials, experts, practitioners and representatives of national and international institutions specialized in the fields of mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
