She told the police that he used to approach the child and that, that day, he remained close to the girl offering popcorn. Once at home, while bathing her daughter, the woman said she noticed the presence of secretions in the girl's intimate area, something she considered unusual. She spoke to the child again, contacted family members and contacted the police. According to the report, the child reported that the man took her to the bathroom and touched her private area. According to the document, the girl stated that "grandpa put his hand there." The child was sent for a forensic examination and specialized care. The Public Security Secretariat (SSP) reported that the mother gave a statement at the 4th Women's Defense Police Station (DDM) and that the case was forwarded to the 3rd DDM, responsible for the area where the events occurred. Palmeiras suspends partner In a statement, Palmeiras reported that it was contacted by the child's mother on Wednesday night and that it provided immediate assistance to the family. According to the club, the girl was examined by a doctor from Palmeiras and a lawyer from the institution accompanied mother and daughter to the Women's Defense Police Station to register the incident.
