“This is one of the largest development programs ever undertaken in Europe”: France will launch a giant call for tenders for 10 gigawatts of offshore wind power

The specifications for the next call for tenders for offshore wind power will be published on Friday by the Energy Regulatory Commission. It provides for nearly 10 gigawatts of new capacity distributed across the French maritime coasts.
