President Trump's posting of a video depicting a popular Japanese anime character on social media, Minister of Economic Security and Security Onoda, who is in charge of intellectual property strategy, announced that he had conveyed through diplomatic channels the idea that, in principle, the video should be used with the permission of the copyright holder.
