Pozdnyakova: on Russia Day in Moscow up to +31 °C and short-term thunderstorms

On Russia Day, summer-like hot weather with temperatures up to +31 °C is expected in the capital, with short-term rain and thunderstorms in places, said Tatyana Pozdnyakova, chief specialist of the capital’s weather bureau.
