Secretary of State Marco Rubio participates in a signing ceremony for a sports diplomacy protocol, with Dana White, president and CEO of the UFC, this Thursday, June 11.  The signing of this protocol will mark the start of a new public-private partnership, aimed at strengthening sports diplomacy initiatives and collaborating on the global development of mixed martial arts.
