Water rates should increase “by at least 3.5% to 6% per year” to preserve infrastructure, study finds

To cope with the increase in the budget dedicated to water, communities will be able to activate several levers, according to a study carried out by La Banque Postale: increase in prices, increased debt and environmental taxation.
