The ambassadors of Great Britain, France and Germany spoke in favor of direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine - this was stated in a joint statement of the European troika following a meeting with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin in Moscow. Diplomats believe that the dialogue must be conducted “with the active participation” of the United States and European countries.
