The Cabinet of Ministers supported the restart of the public project initiative mechanism within the framework of the SZPK

The Government of the Russian Federation supported a bill that restarts the mechanism of public project initiative laid down in the law on the protection of capital investments in the Russian Federation, that is, a model in which it is not the investor who comes with his project (private initiative), but the state itself (the Russian Federation or the region) announces the investment project it needs, holds a competition and concludes an agreement on the protection and promotion of capital investments (SPPK) with the winner.
