The administration of annexed Sevastopol on the evening of June 10 was unable to issue a new batch of QR codes for the purchase of fuel, said Mikhail Razvozhaev, appointed governor of the Russian Federation, on the same day. He cited the disruption of fuel supplies as the reason for canceling the generation of a new batch of QR codes: “fuel trucks could not come to the city tonight.”
