Roskachestvo: anyone can initiate an official inspection of the beach

Before the start of operation of the beach, the owner sends a declaration to the GIMS unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, which confirms that life-saving equipment is placed on the shoreline and there is a rescue post, visitors are informed, and a diving survey and bottom cleaning were carried out within the boundaries of the swimming area.
