The hired lawyer as a mechanism to facilitate access to the legal profession in Morocco: a comparative study

Nabil Ghorab Introduction: The beginning of this article proposes a solution to the dilemma of young and trainee lawyers entering the legal profession before the Moroccan legislator, based on comparative law, which is a purely research work and remains merely an intellectual and legal opinion, as the legal profession in Morocco has witnessed, in recent years, increasing challenges related to the cost of entering and practicing the profession, especially for new lawyers and trainee lawyers.
