Gérald Darmanin announces that he will withdraw from his justice reform the measure establishing a guilty plea in criminal matters

“It seems necessary to me to propose to the national representation the withdrawal of this provision, for lack of consensus,” explained the Minister of Justice after the rejection by the deputies of his reform bill on criminal justice in committee.
