The brother of the main suspect in the murder of little Lyhanna, in Gers, has been indicted in connection with another case of alleged rape of a minor. One of the complainants denounces facts which took place in 2007 and 2017, and filed a complaint in 2024. The judge of freedoms and detention released him under judicial supervision. The prosecution appealed this decision.
