Striking servers demand proposal in protest at Taubaté Chamber
In health units, there are differences in each unit. In the Bosque da Saúde neighborhood, nursing care is taking place, such as vaccinations, for example, but medical appointments are suspended.
At the Imaculada unit, the information is that only the general practitioner was attending.
This week, the Court rejected a request from Taubaté City Hall to increase the daily fine for the Union for non-compliance with the injunction that established a 70% workforce working during the strike.
The City Hall had asked for an increase of R$50,000 in the entity's fine – a request that was rejected by the Judiciary.
The Executive claims that the functioning of public services still does not reach the minimum of 70% determined by the Courts and that more than half of Education employees did not go to work.
The Union disputes the City Hall's information and says that the entity's legal team is monitoring the situation and that they are 70% working.
