"Coma within days"... a warning against abandoning insulin for "the good ones"

The controversy over what is known as the “Al-Tayyibat System” has spread from Egypt to a number of Arab countries in recent days, amid official and medical warnings about the danger of abandoning insulin or treating diets as an alternative to drug treatment, as this may result in serious health complications that may threaten life.
