Businessman is convicted of recording clients without authorization in Goiás A businessman in the security camera installation business in Pires do Rio was sentenced to more than 7 years in prison, in addition to a fine, for spying on and filming customers without authorization, even producing child pornography. Regarding the victim filmed with her daughter, the Court noted that the contract signed by the businessman provided for the installation of cameras throughout her house, including in her bedroom. The businessman was convicted of producing child pornography, illegal telephone interception and unauthorized recording of intimate images, resulting in 7 years and 4 months in prison, plus 7 months of closed detention, in addition to the payment of a 24-day fine, according to the Public Ministry.
