Astransp announced that it has stopped recharging the Moov card, public transport in Juiz de Fora, at Diz units and also with resellers located in the city center. With the change in the electronic ticketing system, these were new features presented in 2024.
From now on, card recharge, exchange and request services will only be carried out at the Astransp headquarters, on Rua Espírito Santo, or via WhatsApp, at (32) 99813-8021. In the case of electronic service, there is a convenience fee charged, in the amount of R$ 3.75.

The change, according to Astransp, seeks the "modernization of services and greater practicality and autonomy for the services requested".

Online service
By accessing Moov's virtual assistant, at (32) 99813-8021, users can immediately top up their card, as well as clarify doubts and block their credential if necessary.
There is a convenience fee charged, in the amount of R$3.75.
In-person service
The Astransp headquarters, located at Rua Espírito Santo, 296, in the Poço Rico neighborhood, continues with in-person service.
Opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm, with distribution of tickets until 5:30pm.
The first copy of the card continues to be issued free of charge at the agency, according to Astransp.
