Check below how the services will be provided for each mobility: Online service By accessing Moov's virtual assistant, at (32) 99813-8021, users can immediately top up their card, as well as clarify doubts and block their credential if necessary. There is a convenience fee charged, in the amount of R$3.75. In-person service The Astransp headquarters, located at Rua Espírito Santo, 296, in the Poço Rico neighborhood, continues with in-person service. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm, with distribution of tickets until 5:30pm. The first copy of the card continues to be issued free of charge at the agency, according to Astransp.
