Bulgaria will not supply weapons to Ukraine, said Bulgarian Defense Minister Dimitar Stoyanov. Earlier, the head of the Polish Ministry of Defense, Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysh, said that Warsaw does not intend to transfer weapons purchased under the SAFE loan program to Ukraine. Before this, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said that Bratislava would not give military loans to Kyiv and would not supply it with weapons for free.
