India has completed the construction of a strategic tunnel for vehicles near its border with China

The Zojila Tunnel will allow the Indian army, which has 500,000 soldiers deployed in Kashmir, to transport reinforcements to the Ladakh region bordering China, once the tunnel is connected to the 272-kilometre railway line that was inaugurated there last year.
