This evening, a young man was killed as a result of being struck by a thunderbolt in a construction workshop in the Sisaoui neighborhood during the thunderstorms that fell this evening on many areas in Constantine.   The deceased young man came from Mila state and worked in a construction workshop, in the Sissawi neighbourhood.
