According to the warrant, the man was convicted of the crimes provided for in articles 217-A and 215-A of the Penal Code. The sentence established by the Court is 20 years, 8 months and 15 days in prison, to be served in a closed regime. The court decision considered the complaint presented by the Public Prosecutor's Office to be valid and ordered the issuance of the arrest warrant, which was carried out this Tuesday by the security forces.
