The official spokesman for the Libyan House of Representatives, Abdullah Belhaq, confirmed that the city of Benghazi is preparing to host the second conference of the Asian-African Parliamentary Council, which will be held under the slogan “The Future Vision for African-Asian Relations,” on June 15 and 16, 2026, as part of efforts to strengthen parliamentary diplomacy and expand the horizons of cooperation between the countries of the Asian and African continents.
