“I’m honored”: Italian Luca Parmitano will be part of the next Artemis mission, the first European in the program’s history

ESA astronaut and pilot Luca Parmitano, aged 49, will be the first European to participate in a mission of the American space agency's Artemis III lunar program. He will be accompanied by three NASA astronauts.
