ARM-Harith achieves US$76 Million First Close for its Climate Transition Fund

Africa’s first integrated multi-currency blended finance vehicle for infrastructure equity ARM-Harith Infrastructure Investments Limited (“ARM-Harith”), a leading pan-African private equity fund manager focused on sustainable energy and infrastructure investment, has announced the first close of its Successor Fund, a climate transition Fund (the “Fund”) at ~US$76 million equivalent.
