In Mali, journalist Chahana Takiou will spend his second night in prison. A figure in the Malian press, the publishing director of the newspaper 22 Septembre was placed under arrest warrant on June 8 by the anti-cybercrime judicial center for "damaging the credit of the State through the judicial institution" after having considered, precisely, that this specialized center did not respect the procedure provided for press offenses.
