Taxation: the Court of Auditors says no to any elimination of the “Copé niche” prized by large companies

The left and the MoDem want to remove or reduce the system which allows companies to escape most of the tax on capital gains on sales. In a new report, the Court admits that this niche costs the State more than announced, but defends it in the name of international tax competition.
