The updated calculation per convict works as follows: Damage to public coffers: R$ 2,608,461.19 referring to damages caused to the public treasury (amount for which all defendants are jointly liable); Individual civil fine: R$4,026,598.26 set individually for each person involved; Collective moral damages: R$ 290,423.37 charged to 12 of the defendants in the case. According to the court decision, all those convicted are jointly and severally liable for compensation to the treasury. Civil fines and other amounts were set individually, resulting in charges exceeding R$6.6 million per defendant. In the petition filed with the Court, the Public Prosecutor's Office asked that all those convicted be ordered to pay their debts within 15 days. If there is no voluntary payment, the debt will be subject to a 10% fine, in addition to the possibility of adopting measures to locate and block assets.
