Professor Safonov: it’s easier for employers to bring back a familiar specialist than to look for a new one

Alexander Safonov, a professor at the Financial University under the Government of Russia, said that companies are increasingly inviting former employees back, since against the backdrop of a personnel shortage this can be faster and more profitable than a long search for new specialists.
