The crime took place around 5pm, on Rua Amélia Soares dos Santos, in the Baixo Grande neighborhood. According to the Civil Police, the victims had two cell phones taken by the criminal. Images from security cameras in the region are being analyzed to help identify the suspect. According to the Military Police, the suspect is that the perpetrator is the same man who, a few minutes later, allegedly committed another robbery in the Guarani neighborhood, in Cabo Frio.
