Nebenzia calls on Guterres to condemn the crimes of Kiev and describes the bus attack in Donetsk as a bloody crime

Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, called on the Secretary-General of the International Organization, Antonio Guterres, to decisively condemn Ukrainian attacks on civilians, during a session of the UN Security Council.
