Today, Monday, the Meteorological Department warned of heavy thunderstorms and sandstorms in many states of the country.   The same authority indicated, in its first level alert, that the states affected by the heavy rainfall are Annaba and Skikda.  Jijel, Bejaia, Guelma, Constantine, Biskra, Djelfa, Tiaret, Saida, Sidi Bel Abbes.
