Congress candidate Meenakshi Natarajan has reached the Assembly for nomination for the third Rajya Sabha seat of Madhya Pradesh. Party's state in-charge Harish Chaudhary, state president Jitu Patwari, leader of opposition Umang Singhar and other MLAs are present with him. Patwari himself is taking each MLA to the Returning Officer's room. Before this, Meenakshi Natarajan paid obeisance in front of the Gandhi statue installed in the assembly premises. On the other hand, BJP MLAs have also started reaching the party headquarters. Here Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya said- We have extra votes so we fielded our candidate. Those who want development will vote for our candidate. Actually, BJP's third Rajya Sabha candidate Mahesh Kewat will also file nomination today. Before this, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav, State President Hemant Khandelwal and MLAs and workers will gather in the state office. After this everyone will go to the assembly. Let us tell you that late on Sunday night, BJP has made Fishermen Welfare Board Chairman Mahesh Kevat the candidate for the third seat. Two BJP candidates have already filed nominations. Earlier on Saturday, BJP candidates Tarun Chugh and Rajneesh Aggarwal had filed nominations for the Rajya Sabha elections. In the BJP Legislature Party meeting held at CM House, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has instructed all BJP MLAs to stay in Bhopal till June 8.
