A magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck the southern Philippines on Monday, triggering a tsunami warning in the Pacific. Faced with this risk, an evacuation order was issued in several areas in Indonesia. The earthquake caused the collapse of buildings, at least one person died, while several were injured.
