Syria.. Internal Security arrests one of the perpetrators of the “Al-Bayda massacre” in Baniyas

On Sunday, the Internal Security Forces in Syria arrested Sari Moayed Makhlouf, who is accused of involvement in committing numerous crimes, most notably participating in the “Bayda Massacre” in the city of Baniyas in Tartous Governorate in 2013.
