Archbishop Galstanyan called on Armenian citizens to vote in parliamentary elections

Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, a political opponent of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who was transferred under house arrest, called on the country's citizens to come vote in the parliamentary elections.
